Ottimo Hotel
Siamo rimasti veramente contenti e se un giorno dovessimo tornare a Firenze sarà di nuovo la nostra scelta. Personale stupendo, cordiale e simpatico. Anche la colazione curata nei minimi dettagli, vasta scelta di cibo: cornetti, marmellata, yogurt, toast, dolci vari, frutta cappuccino, disponibilità di colazione salata....

Bello e ottima posizione!
E’ gia la terza volta che veniamo in questo hotel, oltre essere molto bello, le camere sono confortevoli complete di tutto, una bella toilette, tutto nuovo e pulito! una buona colazione la mattina, e un ottima zona! ci torneremo sicuramente!

Albergo delizioso, curatissimo nei particolari, negli arredi, nelle stanze. Sauber und Freundlich
Ich war über Ostern in Florenz mit einer Übernachtung im Hotel Fortezza. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, mein Zimmer einfach, freundlich und sauber. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Excellent
Everything was excellent. Welcome water and juice in the lobby was nice. Only trouble was finding hotel, but there were a lot of road construction and we were on foot. After arriving we found the route to the hotel easy.

Всё хорошо в отеле, чисто, вкусно и красиво... На дороге перед отелем был ремонт, поэтому машины не ездили, и было тихо и спокойно. Вот только, если поселят в цокольном этаже, то окна выходят в сад... А там КОМАРЫ!!! Это было неожиданно, и испортило первую ночь.

Passato un mini break per il ponte nella Splendida Firenze con due giornate bellissime. Albergo buono con camere spaziose e rinnovate da poco,sei fuori dal caos del centro ma in dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge tutto. Peccato per i lavori sulla strada.

Wir waren schon einige Male bei Ihnen, sehr gute Lage, sauber, freundlich, aller notwendiger Komfort ist vorhanden, ruhige und grosse Zimmer . Raucher und Hundebesitzer sollten nach Zimmer mit aussensirtplatz fragen.
Perfetto
Hotel con posteggio vicino al centro di Firenze, oltre a questo camere grandi e moderne in una villa storica. Buona la colazione, anche se non mi è piaciuta la sala colazioni. Da utilizzare come base per visitare la città ma anche i dintorni.

El Hotel esta a 15 minutos de la estación de SMN, un poquito apartado pero merece la pena por la tranquilidad. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y la tv consta de muchos canales nacionales e internacionales. La atención del personal es estupenda.

Great stay
Professional and friendly. Great location we were able to walk to all the tourist hotspots and found restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful. Having a car park so close to the old city was fantastic.

Alles hat meinen Vorstellungen entsprochen. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Innenstadt, nur 5 Gehminuten und schon ist man im Trubel. Vielen Dank an das freundliche Personal.
